Originally from Shelbyville, IN, relocating to the Grand Strand area in 1991, Doctor Milburn graduated from Myrtle Beach High School. He then went off to study at Clemson University, where he achieved a B.S. degree in Biology. Next led him to MUSC in Charleston, SC, in which he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree. Dr. Milburn enjoys spending time with his wife Huong, and their two children Liam and Indi, traveling and spending time in their favorite “home away from home”— Aruba! When he is not traveling, he is working at one of his practices treating patients one procedure at a time!

Dr. Bryan Meadows is a skilled and compassionate dentist currently practicing at Ocean Drive Dentistry in North Myrtle Beach, SC. Originally from Beckley, WV, Dr. Meadows began his healthcare career as a Physical Therapy Assistant, a role he held for nine years. His desire to further help people led him to pursue dentistry, and in 2014, he moved to Morgantown, WV, to attend West Virginia University (WVU) School of Dentistry.

After graduating in 2021 with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree, Dr. Meadows worked at Minigh Family Dental in Shinnston, WV, from 2021 to 2026 before relocating to North Myrtle Beach, SC, to join Ocean Drive Dentistry.

Dr. Meadows is committed to providing top-notch care with a personal touch. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Megan, and has a variety of hobbies, including golfing, shooting, working on cars, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.

Known for his attention to detail and compassionate patient care, Dr. Meadows strives to make every visit a positive experience for his patients while staying up to date with the latest advancements in the field of dentistry.
